Staff Meetings

We spent 22 minutes talking about kick ball rules. I cowered and made mental lists of all the things I need to do. The only time I spoke up, to point out that the new school motto sounds awkward because it involved the conjugation of an irregular verb, I immediately regretted it. I just don't fit in here. But here I am. I can't help but think that there must be a way of holding meetings without them being painful.

David was absent. I fear the repercussions tomorrow.

Student behaviors, in general, are back to September (at least the bad ones). How do I start over and still move forward?
